Change your Google Workspace reseller and keep your account and data
Tonystam is a Google Workspace reseller: you move your subscription to us from your current reseller, and your account, users and data stay exactly as they are.
Everything in Google Workspace
Google lets you move a Google Workspace subscription from Google to a reseller, from a reseller back to Google or from one reseller to another. Transfers don't affect your data or availability: your team keeps working as usual while it happens.
If your current reseller charges more than Google's price, is slow to respond or can't invoice you the way you need, you can switch to Tonystam. We bill at Google's official list price, with no fees for switching or for managing your account, and you start the transfer yourself from your Admin console.

Yes. Transfers don't affect your data or availability: users, emails and files stay the same.
Google doesn't allow transferring a subscription to resellers more than twice in a calendar year, so it's worth choosing carefully. We'll review your case before you start.
If you paid your current reseller for the full year, Google says no refund is possible and no part of that payment moves to the new subscription. That's why the best time to switch is usually your renewal date.
No, Google treats transfers as nonreversible. You can transfer your subscription again later, within Google's limits.
