One invoice for all your Google Workspace accounts
Tonystam is your Google Workspace reseller: we bring the subscriptions of several accounts, your companies' or your clients', together on a single invoice.
Everything in Google Workspace
When you buy Google Workspace directly, each account is billed on its own, from its own Admin console. For a group with several companies, or an agency that pays for its clients, that means separate invoices, payment methods and due dates to keep track of.
With Tonystam, we manage the subscriptions of all those accounts as your reseller and invoice them together: one invoice and one payment, with the detail of each account. It works for accounts of the same company and for accounts of different companies.
Who it's for
- Business groups with several companies or domains, each with its own Workspace account
- Agencies and IT providers that pay for their clients' Google Workspace
- Franchises and organizations with separate accounts per office or brand
- Companies that kept separate accounts after a merger or acquisition
How it works
- Each account keeps its own Admin console, users and data.
- We manage all the subscriptions as your reseller and invoice them together.
- Invoices in euros or US dollars, at Google's official list price, with no fees for switching or for management.
- EU businesses are invoiced with their VAT number under reverse charge.
- Payment by card, direct debit or, in certain cases and for larger volumes, bank transfer.
How to bring your accounts together
Each account transfers its subscription to us from its own Admin console with our Public Identifier; the step-by-step guide on our Google Workspace page explains how. You can move them all at once or one by one, and we add each account to your invoice as it arrives. If an account is on a prepaid annual plan, we plan its transfer around the renewal date.
