Recover super admin access to your Google Workspace account
If the IT person or provider who managed your account has left and nobody in your company is a super administrator, Tonystam helps you regain access through Google's official process, even if you're not our customer yet.
Everything in Google Workspace
The person who set up your Google Workspace account, an IT employee or an outside provider, has left, and nobody else is a super administrator. Without that access, you can't add or remove users, manage billing or change resellers. Google has a process to recover administrator access: if there's no recovery email or phone, you prove you control the domain by adding a CNAME record to its DNS, and once Google finds it, you can set a new password. If you bought Workspace through a reseller, Google refers you to that reseller.
That's where we come in. We review your case, tell you which record to add and where, guide you through Google's request and follow up with you until you're back in. Then we help you secure the account with a second super administrator and 2-Step Verification. We only work for the account's rightful owner: the proof is that DNS record on your domain, which is Google's own method. We also do this for companies that aren't our customers yet, from €290 per domain.
Who it's for
- Companies whose IT person or provider left without making anyone else a super admin
- Teams that still use their email but can't manage users, passwords or billing
- Businesses that want to change resellers but can't sign in to the Admin console
- Companies that aren't Tonystam customers yet: we help them too
How it works
- We review your case: who set up the account, who controls the domain and whether a reseller is involved.
- We tell you which DNS record Google asks for and where to add it, at your domain or hosting provider.
- We guide you through the recovery request and follow up with you until you're back in.
- We help you secure the account with a second super admin and 2-Step Verification.
- A fixed price from €290 per domain, whether or not you're our customer.
If you don't control the domain either
Recovery depends on being able to add a record to your domain's DNS. If your former provider also controls your domain, you need to get it back first, and we help with that too: the transfer code, the registrant and the DNS, at no extra cost if you become a Tonystam customer. And if your account was bought through a reseller that no longer responds, we look at the options with you before we start.

Yes. We also recover access for companies that aren't our customers, and you don't have to move your subscription to us. If you'd like to afterwards, you can switch to Tonystam at Google's list price, with no fees for switching or for managing your account.
With Google's own method: by adding a DNS record to your domain. Only someone who controls the domain can do that, which is why we use it as proof. We only work for the account's rightful owner.
Google has a path for that: you verify the domain with a DNS record and ask to be promoted. Google contacts the current admins and, if they don't respond, promotes your account. We guide you through it.
It depends mostly on Google and your DNS provider: a new DNS record can take from a few minutes to 24 hours to propagate. We estimate 1 to 5 business days, but the timing is up to Google and we can't guarantee it.
From €290 per domain, a fixed price we confirm before we start, invoiced in euros or US dollars. If Google doesn't restore your access, you don't pay.
